Had an amazing time with friends! The four poster bed room was beautiful, and we loved the breakfast. We visited the pier and the local amusement park. both were super fun. Future guests can expect friendly hosts and cozy vibes. Highly recommend it!

stay at the sunningdale was amazin! the place was so comfy and clean, and the hosts were super friendly. loved the personal touches in the rooms, makes it feel really special. the location was perfect too, just a short walk to the beach! breakfast was cooked to perfection, so yummy!

only downside was that my shower didn’t have hot water on the 2nd day, which wasn’t ideal. also, the stairs were kinda creaky and noisy.

A commendable fit for spending a night in Skegness with excellent value for money. The breakfast was excellent, not a drop of grease on the plate. Arriving early? Just leave your luggage and enjoy your day.

The owners are super friendly and served a delicious breakfast with various options. Parking was available, which was a plus.
