Friendly hosts recognized us from previous visits.
Thin curtains let in too much early morning light.

Had an amazing time with friends! The four poster bed room was beautiful, and we loved the breakfast. We visited the pier and the local amusement park. both were super fun. Future guests can expect friendly hosts and cozy vibes. Highly recommend it!
The only downside was that the heating in our room wasn't sufficient. it was quite cold.

We had a fantastic weekend with our adult kids. The rooms were cozy and well-furnished. They offered a lovely gluten-free breakfast that suited my dietary needs perfectly. Enjoyed the local pub for dinner, great atmosphere and food.
My children wanted more entertainment options for evenings.

missingWrote a review on Sept 30
The double room had a four-poster bed that added a touch of class, although slightly gaudy for my taste. Breakfast choices included a full English as well as cereals, and the cooking was spot-on, featuring local ingredients that made each meal a delight.
The décor felt outdated, with thin towels that were more functional than luxurious. The bathroom showed its age, with a separate toilet that made washing up inconvenient, especially at night. Light seeped through flimsy curtains too early in the morning, which might wake up anyone wanting a bit more shut-eye.

stay at the sunningdale was amazin! the place was so comfy and clean, and the hosts were super friendly. loved the personal touches in the rooms, makes it feel really special. the location was perfect too, just a short walk to the beach! breakfast was cooked to perfection, so yummy!
only downside was that my shower didn’t have hot water on the 2nd day, which wasn’t ideal. also, the stairs were kinda creaky and noisy.

A commendable fit for spending a night in Skegness with excellent value for money. The breakfast was excellent, not a drop of grease on the plate. Arriving early? Just leave your luggage and enjoy your day.

Charming Stay with Room for Improvement
I enjoyed my stay, cushioned by a cozy small double room and a particularly delightful breakfast. the shower setup felt cramped and could use an upgrade. For future guests, I recommend checking room details upon arrival for optimal comfort.
